Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Our Pet Card.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the
product with the exception of our made-to-order items.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 30 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn't used or damaged


Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please note our apparel, mugs, pillow cases, phone cases, and totes are made-to-order products and are unique to the customer's request, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer has chosen the wrong size, color, ordered by mistake or has changed their mind about their purchase.
We will replace any made-to-order item if it has been damaged in transit or if you have been sent the wrong item. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a item are non-
refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss
of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Our Pet Card.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged item, please notify us immediately for
assistance.

Sale items
----------

Sale items can't be refunded.
