Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that due to seasonal increases in purchases, E.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, etc., orders may take a few days longer than usual to arrive. We kindly request you allow a few days to receive your order before emailing us.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
US orders will be sent via USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days after we ship your items out.
In some cases where multiple items are ordered with varying production times, we may ship your items separately. So please do not worry if all of your order is not present within the first shipment.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our Pet Card ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
DamagesIf your order contains missing item(s) or damaged item(s), please contact us, and we will ship out new items at our expense.
Your order will be sent via USPS First Class International mail which takes anywhere from 7-21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our Pet Card is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
