We will replace any item if it has been damaged in transit or
if you have been sent the wrong item. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for
verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your
claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your
correct order.
Please note our apparel, mugs, pillow cases, and totes are made-to-order items and are unique, so unfortunately
we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer has chosen the
wrong size, color, ordered by mistake or has changed their mind about
their purchase.
For all other items, if you have already received your order, please contact us with your
name, the email address, and your order number before sending back.
Return shipping is not covered by Our Pet Card and is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive the items(s), we'll issue you
